The research institute will undertake research projects, hold seminars and exchange activities of different scales in Macau every year, publish research reports, and serve as a bridge for the government to connect industries, think tanks, and the mainland

He stated that Macau needs to deepen its precise integration with various cities in the Greater Bay Area and achieve complementary development. At the same time, actively explore and innovate cooperation platforms or mechanism models, break through institutional barriers, and leverage the advanced technology and experience of the Greater Bay Area cities to optimize industrial structure and accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system with international competitiveness. The establishment of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Industrial Chain Research Institute will definitely open up development space for Macau, optimize industrial structure, and provide more development opportunities for enterprises and residents.
