ReturnFrom November 25 to 26, 2025, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, President of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, Chairman of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, Chairman of the Sunwah Group, led a delegation of over 30 Chinese entrepreneurs to attend the "Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum 2025" held in Ho Chi Minh City.
The forum, alongside the 2025 Davos Forum in Switzerland and the Summer Davos Forum in Tianjin, is recognized as one of the World Economic Forum's (WEF) three major annual global events, attracting over 1,500 participants from around the world.
Dr. Jonathan Choi was invited to attend a closed-door meeting chaired by Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, where he delivered remarks on Ho Chi Minh City's development as an international financial center. He also attended a working luncheon co-hosted by Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Nen.
During the conference, the "Vietnam-China Business Matching Session" was also held.
