The 6th Greater Bay Area OYE Awards Honor 79 Young Talents; Dr. Jonathan Choi Highlights New Quality Productive Forces as Driver of High-Quality Development in the Bay Area.

On September 22, the 6th Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs(OYE) Awards Ceremony was held simultaneously in Hong Kong, Macao, and Shenzhen. Organized by the GBA Entrepreneurs Alliance, the event received strong support from the governments, universities, chambers of commerce, and media across the three regions. It aims to recognize the contributions of young entrepreneurs in the development of the Greater Bay Area and promote regional integration and high-quality growth. Over 1,200 applications were received, with 79 young entrepreneurs awarded in five categories, including Best Startup and Best Technological Innovation.

On September 29, 2025, the 2025 World Cantonese Entrepreneurs Conference, hosted by the People's Government of Guangdong Province and the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), opened in Guangzhou. Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee Member of CPPCC and Chairman of the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, addressing topics such as Guangdong-Hong Kong collaboration, cross-border logistics, and digital technology.
