On March 18, the launch ceremony of the "Guangzhou Connects the Globe · Overseas Chinese Boosting the Economy" Guangzhou-HK-Macau Enterprise Going Global Exchange Conference and the Sunwah China Enterprise Going Global Cooperation Center (Guangzhou) was held at Guangzhou Sunwah Hui International Conference Center. Co-organized by the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, Guangzhou Municipal Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs, Guangzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Guangzhou Huangpu District Overseas Friendship Association, the event aimed to build a collaborative platform for enterprises to go global, help Bay Area businesses seize overseas opportunities, and deepen economic, trade, and industrial cooperation with Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

On March 11, Ambassador Nah Jae-hyun of the Republic of Korea (ROK) Embassy in China visited the Baiyun Pavilion. Jonathan Choi Cultural Exchange Center​ and held discussions with Dr. Jonathan Choi, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), President of the Hong Kong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, and Chairman of Sunwah Group. The two sides focused on enhancing grassroots cultural exchanges between China and South Korea and fostering bilateral friendship.

Dr. Jonathan Choi, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), President of the Hong Kong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, and Chairman of Sunwah Group, held talks in Beijing on March 11 with a delegation led by Mr. Battur, member of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Executive Vice Governor of Hainan Province. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on deepening Hainan-Hong Kong cooperation and advancing project progress.

At the beginning of the Lunar New Year, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Chairman of the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, President of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and Chairman of the Sunwah Group, was invited to visit the Korean Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Seoul. During his visit, he toured various institutions in Seoul and met with representatives from different sectors to engage in in-depth discussions on topics including China-South Korea people-to-people exchanges and economic, trade, and cultural cooperation.

On the morning of February 12, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Chairman of the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Alliance, President of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and Chairman of Hong Kong's Sunwah Group, visited the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Japan in Tokyo. He held discussions with President Xiao Jingru to explore collaborative development opportunities.
