Dr. Jonathan Choi leads a delegation to visit the Middle East, and exchanges views with the political and business communities of Kuwait, Qatar and the UAE to promote economic and trade cooperation.

From 6 May to 13, Dr. Jonathan Choi, Standing Committee Member of CPPCC, Chairman of the CGCC, the Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Union and Sunwah Group, led a delegation to the Middle East for an 8-day visit. Dr.Choi visited Kuwait, Qatar and the Gulf of the United Arab Emirates respectively to exchange views with local political and business circles, explore ways to strengthen the commercial and economic ties between HK and the Middle East and deepen cooperation opportunities in the GBA, the Middle East and the Belt and Road.
